The Roebuck is a brand new loft community in downtown Norfolk that sits on the waterfront of the Elizabeth River. The building was initially built in 1916 as the Security Storage & Safe Deposit Company Warehouse, later converted in 1948 to the Sears, Roebuck, & Co Warehouse. This historic building has been through many changes and has lasted through the evolution of Norfolk. With this, we collaborated to make a timeless yet stylish brand identity for the for the new living space.
